My 9 year old has eczema and gets bright red sensitive skin on the tops of her hands in the cold dry weather. EVERYTHING over-the-counter or prescription burns her hands EXCEPT for this cream. It is the ONLY thing she lets me put on her hands to soothe them.

Having always taken care of my skin, I was stunned when I began to develop red spots and dry flaking. This product has nearly resolved all of my problems after two weeks and I could tell immediately that it was working. My cupboard is filled with jars and tubes of other products that did not work. Even my dermatologist was baffled, saying that I mild dermatitis and prescribing a steroid cream, which did not work either. I typically have dry skin, but I came back from the Nevada desert with facial skin so parched and rough that it felt like sandpaper. I started using this twice daily and immediately my cheeks felt soft and smooth. I have continued to use this on my face in the morning and at night and it has made a big difference for me. Also, heavy creams tend to make me break out but I have had no problems with this whatsoever. It is odorless which I really appreciate, and the texture is pleasingly rich while not being too heavy. A great product!
Outstanding product! My son and I both suffer from eczema, so like others with eczema, I'm always on a search for products to help. I've tried hundreds of products - over the counter, prescription creams, steroidal creams, etc. and of everything I have tried, nothing seems to work better than aloe vera. This cream has a thick, white consistency with a very light scent (cocoa butter). When you put it on the skin, it is absorbed easily and leaves the skin feeling soft and healthy. When I went to put it on my son, his immediate reaction was "Is this going to burn?" Unfortunately when he has a flare up, the steroidal creams we have been given do cause him discomfort. I told him this would not burn, and it doesn't! It feels cool and refreshing when you put it on the skin, and it really, really does relieve the itching. Not only does it work great for eczema, but I can also see using this for dry skin (winter is upon us) or after a sunburn. This cream really works, it's made in the US, and then container is recyclable. 5 STARS!
